What do I need to secure my registration?
Fill out the Google Registration Form online and then mail in your payment to Tammie Crandall at 102 Tawn Dr., East Flat Rock, NC 28726!
Where exactly is the event being held?
Laguna Beach Christian Retreat - 20016 Front Beach Road, Panama City Beach, Florida, 32413
What is the age range for this event?
We believe the nature of this event is suited for 7-12th graders.
Will the PK's need any extra money during the weekend?
No extra money is needed. All meals and snacks are provided. If students would like to purchase candy, gifts, coffee, etc, there is a gift/coffee shop.
My parent is a staff pastor, can I still attend?
Absolutely! Whether your parent is part-time, full time, a senior pastor, a youth pastor or anything between, you are certainly welcome to attend.
What if I’m a college-aged student who wants to attend?
College students can apply as an intern, who will help with small tasks throughout the weekend, but also have the opportunity to learn and benefit from the weekend? Potential interns should apply by emailing pastormatttaylor@gmail.com stating why you wish to be an intern. The cost is $100 for interns and must be at least two year removed from High School.
Who is putting this retreat on?
This is an official event of the Southeast Nazarene Youth International Field. Trevecca Nazarene University's also participates by sending a worship team and helping spread word about the event.
Is this an annual event?
Yes! Location may change, but the event will take place each year.
How many students are you expecting?
Each year we average around 70 participants. This is first come first served registration, so don't delay and wait until it's too late!
Can I pay online?
At this time, we don’t not accept online payments.

Why does the event cost $165
All of that money will be going towards lodging, food and activity. The event is subsidized $5,000 by Southeast Field NYI.
Who is leading worship?
A band from Trevecca Nazarene University!
Who is speaking?
Our gathering times will feature worship music and a testimony by former (adult now) PK’s. These sessions will explore the joys and struggles of being a PK.
Is this retreat only for Nazarene PK’s?
Yes, due to the sponsorship of the Church of the Nazarene, at this point, it is limited to only Nazarene Pastor Kids.
What is the plan for transportation?
Some districts, may be planning to travel together to the event. Otherwise, transportation is on your own, at your own expense.
