All three of these steps must be

Where exactly is the event being held?
The 2020 date has not been finalized. We're hoping to have that released by January of 2020.
What is the age range for this
We believe the nature of this event
is suited for 7-12th graders.
Will the PK's need any extra money during the weekend?
The only extra money needed will be lunch and snacks inside the Great Wolf Lodge, if they'd like to purchase candy, etc. All meals are covered in the registration cost.
My parent is a staff pastor, can I
Absolutely! Whether your
parent is part-time, full time, a senior pastor, a youth pastor or anything
between, you are certainly welcome to attend?
What if I’m a college student who
wants to attend?
College students can register as an
intern, who will help with small tasks throughout the weekend, but also have
the opportunity to learn and benefit from the weekend?
Who is putting this retreat on?
This is an official event of the
Southeast Nazarene Youth International Field. Trevecca Nazarene
Universities Center for Pastoral Care and Office of Church Relations are
helping to sponsor this event.
Will this be an annual event?
Yes! Location may change, but
the event will take place each year.
How many students are you expecting?
This year, our max is 50 students.
First come, first served—meaning first to submit online registration,
send in signed/notarized medical release form, and submit payment. In the
future, we’re hoping to grow this event substantially!
Can I pay online?
At this time, we don’t not accept

Why does the event cost $150
All of that money will be going
towards lodging, food and Saturday's activity. The event is subsidized $6,000 by Southeast Region NYI.

A bands from Trevecca Nazarene University.
Who is speaking?
There are no preachers at this event!
We figure PK’s here more sermons than just about anyone else on the planet! Our
gathering times will feature worship music and a testimony by former (Adult
now) PK’s. These sessions will explore the joy and struggles of being a PK.
Is this retreat only for Nazarene PK’s?
Yes, due to the sponsorship of the
Church of the Nazarene, at this point, it is limited to only Nazarene Pastor
What is the plan for transportation?
Some districts, may be planning to
travel together to the event. Otherwise,
transportation is on your own, at your own expense.
